Overnight flight to Cairo.

Arrive in Cairo and check in to hotel.  Overnight in Cairo.

In the morning, visit the Pyramid of Cheops, Chephren and Mykerinus, the Great Sphinx and the Valley Temple.

In the afternoon, visit the Grand Egyptian Museum, an archaeological museum 

that hosts over 100,000 artifacts from ancient Egyptian civilization, including the complete Tutankhamun collection.  Overnight in Cairo.

Fly from Cairo to Luxor.  Then visit Karnak Temple and the Temple of Luxor.  Overnight in Luxor.

Visit the Hatshepsut Temple and The Valley of the Kings, where the modern myth of Egypt began with Howard Carter’s discovery of Tutankhamun’s tomb.  Then board ship for a three-day Nile River Cruise.

Visit Edfu Temple and enjoy a horse carriage ride to the Temple of Horus.  Then visit the Kom Ombo Temple, and explore the beautiful temple of Haroeris and Sobek, the only double temple in all of Egypt.  Overnight on Nile River Cruise.

Visit the High Dam, a remarkable feat of engineering that has had a transformative impact on Egypt's modern development.  Then visit the Philae temple on the island of Agilika, and see the island of Elephantine.  Overnight on Nile River Cruise.

Visit Abu Simbel, a historic site with two massive rock-cut temples.  Then transfer to Aswan Airport and fly back to Cairo.  Overnight in Cairo.

Visit Saqqara, one of the most important cemeteries of Memphis.  Then visit the Egyptian Museum in Cairo, the oldest archaeological museum in the Middle East.  Overnight in Cairo.

Visit the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization, then visit the Cave Church of Saint Simon the Tanner.  Overnight in Cairo.

Fly home from Cairo.
